Banggai (23/10)– Banggai Immigration Office urges the public to ensure the correct address and postal code when applying for a visa or stay permit through the evisa.imigrasi.go.id website. Inaccurate data may delay the application process, especially for those applying for visa extensions online.
For applicants within the service area, Banggai Immigration Office is located at Jalan Bukit Halimun, Kompleks Perkantoran Pemda, Soho, Luwuk, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi (94712), while the Banggai Immigration Sub-Office (UKK Morowali) is located at Bente, Bungku Tengah District, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi (94973). Applicants must ensure the correct post code matches the corresponding area to avoid processing delays.
“Errors in the address or postal code may result in delays in issuing your visa or stay permit. Therefore, we urge applicants to be more careful when filling out the data on the e-Visa platform,” said Octaveri, Head of Banggai Immigration Office.
Furthermore, applicants who have made payments but whose visa or stay permit extensions have not yet been issued are advised to remain calm. The immigration office encourages them to contact the team via WhatsApp at +62-8111-456-118 for assistance and further information.
